Returns & Exchanges

It's not often that something goes wrong with our products, but when it does we are here to help!

We only ask that you contact us regarding the return of an item within 7 days of delivery.

If there is a problem with your item, please send us an email explaining what went wrong.

We will advise you on how to return the item or offer you a full refund without the need to return, depending on the problem.

Refunds will not include the original postage and packaging costs.

Returns

Returns requests need to be made within 7 days of delivery. The customer is liable to pay for the return postage, which must be sent by tracked delievery. This excludes defective products for which a full refund will be given without the need to return.

All returns must be in original condition with packaging and tags.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange an item if a different size is needed etc. However, the customer is liable to pay for the return postage which must be sent by tracked delievery. The item must also be in its original condition and packaging with tags intact. All exchange requests need to be made within 7 days of delivery.
